Buckley Cable Construction Co. denies these allegations and maintains that its policies and practices comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Performed installation or technician duties as a "Field Worker"
Paid piece-rate (wholly or partially) during workweeks with overtime
Worked more than 40 hours in any workweek during the claim period
